What is ERTH Solutions?

The ERTH Solutions brand is utilized to service the customers of Oxford County and Norfolk County.

What payment options are available?

There are a number of convenient ways to pay your bill. Options include:

  • Pre-authorized payments (PAP) by enrolling using our online form.
  • Cheque (through Canada Post) mailed to the address on your bill.
  • In-person payments dropped off at your bank.
  • Telephone or online banking.
  • Credit card payments through the ERTH Solutions online portal at www.erthsolutions.com (Visa and MasterCard only).
How do I access MyAccount?

ERTH Solutions has launched a new and improved MyAccount customer portal, making it easier to manage your account online.

The new MyAccount portal features:

  • Real-time access to your customer, usage, and billing information
  • Secure access from any device
  • Easy sign-in using your Apple ID or Google account
  • Multi-factor authentication for added security

Existing users

The first time you log in to the new portal, you will be prompted to reset your password:

  1. Enter the email address associated with your account
  2. Enter your current password
  3. A password reset email will be sent to your inbox
  4. Click the unique link in the email
  5. Set a new password and accept the terms and conditions
  6. Once complete, you can log in to the new portal

New users

You can sign up anytime to start managing your account online through MyAccount.

What are the water and wastewater rates?

Water and wastewater rates are set on an annual basis by the County and ERTH Solutions issues the corresponding invoices on their behalf. The actual rates can be found on the County Website.

How do I locate water pipes underground on my property?

Before starting any landscaping or digging on your property, always Call or Click Before You Dig. To contact Ontario One Call to locate underground utilities including water pipes, call 1-800-400-2255 or visit www.on1call.com.

How do I sign up for paperless eBilling

Signing up for eBilling is quick and easy! To sign up for paperless eBilling, you must first register for MyAccount. Before you get started, please have your most recent bill handy to complete the registration form. When completing the registration process, make sure the eBilling toggle is turned on.

If you are already registered with MyAccount, simply go to your profile settings and turn eBilling on.

You will start to receive email notifications when your bill is ready.
